Our Culture of CARE program helps firms build safer, more welcoming, and productive workplaces—free from quotas or mandates—by valuing every worker. This voluntary, business-driven program strengthens teams, improves retention, and enhances job site safety.
Addressing current and future labor shortages requires recruiting and retaining more underrepresented groups in high-paying construction careers. Based on President Trump’s executive order on federal DEI programs, we are reviewing our Diversity & Inclusion and Culture of CARE resources for compliance.
